中国の「インターネット＋」と社会の変化、そして日本との関わり

東京大学社会科学研究所現代中国研究拠点・第19回セミナー「中国の『インターネット＋』と社会の変化、そして日本の関わり」が11月24日東京大学法学部4号館にて開催され、90名ほどが参加した。中国からの8人の代表団がパネルディスカッションに登壇した。私は冒頭の挨拶を行った。

The 6th World Forum on China Studies

The 6th World Forum on China Studies was held at Shanghai on November 20-21th, 2015. The venue was Shanghai International Conference Center, located next to the Oriental Pearl Tower. A lot of scholars gathered from all corners of the world. This conference was sponsered by the State Council's Information Office and organized by the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences. I made a presentation on "Catch-down Innovations in China."

ICES 2015 International Conference

I participated the Institute of Comparative Economic Studies, Hosei University, 2015 International Conference, entitled

"Asian Economy at the Crossroad: China, India, and ASEAN" during November 14-15th, 2015 at Hosei University's Ichigaya campus. I made comments on the papers presented by Mai Fujita, Nguyen Anh Thu, Joseph Kumbakkad, Takahiro Sato, and Mariko Watanabe.

日本半導体商社協会（DAFS)の講演会

2015年11月10日、日本半導体商社協会（DAFS)対外交流委員会の時局講演会に講師として招かれ、『視界不良の超大国・中国－－中国経済の発展と激変のインパクト』と題する講演を行った。またみずほ総研の小野亮氏がアメリカ経済に関する講演を行った。ちなみに、日本半導体商社協会とは、日米半導体摩擦が激した際に、日本の半導体輸入拡大という国家的使命を担う団体として設立されたとのこと。

中国経済経営学会・全国大会（龍谷大学深草キャンパス）

2015年11月7日～8日、中国経済経営学会・全国大会が龍谷大学深草キャンパスで開催された。私は11月7日の分科会における服部健治中央大学教授の「中国投資における競争優位戦
略試論」に対してコメントを行った。

日本華人教授会議・国際シンポジウム

2015年10月12日、東京大学山上会館にて日本華人教授会議（代表・李春利愛知大学教授）の国際シンポジウムが開かれた。シンポジウムはまず吉川弘之元東京大学総長からの工学設計に関する興味深い理論の発表から始まり、続いて丸川が「中国の大衆資本主義と草の根イノベーション」と題する報告を行い、次に周建波北京大学教授が中国の経済発展史から中国製造2025を展望した。続く科学技術セッションでは易志堅重慶交通大学副学長が同大学のエンジニア教育について発表、引き続き日本の大学の理系教員として活躍する四人の中国人学者が登壇し、研究教育に関するそれぞれの見解を披露した。

Asian Economic Policy Review Conference

The conference of Asian Economic Policy Review, run by the Japanese Center for Economic Research, was held on October 10, 2015 at Nikkei Hall, Tokyo. I made a comment on a paper on China's transport infrastructure, presented by Yu Qin of the National University of Singapore. The conference was a wonderful collection of papers on transport infrastructure building in Asian countries.
